How To Record Movie With Zsnes

New Year Christmas and New Year! Searching

Today
usual post year-end ;-) but as the weather is what it is (very little as usual) I do a mix with Christmas gifts. Then just start since Christmas has gone better than other years for several reasons. First of all, being in the new house we had to eat as tight as sardines (liberazione!), then a little bit more I could have fun with the decorations, my nose made me give less than that in other years that I could feel more perfumes and flavors and ultimately the gifts are were but a few (almost all) good. Of all the gifts, what we most wanted and that I received from my state is the Kenwood Chef! (More for the version with the big container, the 6-liter). This is a food but in fact is above all a dough and then will help me to make my cakes. Furthermore, although I was super skeptical at first, the book of cakes that I got my sister was really a surprise. Is not only very professional but also the correct explanation of why we must do something in a certain way and not in another. Ah, dear Tokyonome, add salt to egg whites before you mount them as I said is useless and is meglio aggiungere invece un goccino di succo di limone ;-) perché facilita la distensione prima e l'aggregazione dopo delle proteine dell'uovo. The version that is made of glass (my mom how much it weighs!) Which is the intermediate between the economic and the plastic steel. Although he only started once to see if it worked (sigh, yes I was on vacation and then I would have had time ...) and another to make the sponge cake for the log with chestnut New Year I am able to get an idea of \u200b\u200bthe whole. Without a doubt, the robot is very solid and the results are professional, well the whips are solid and comfortable to handle even if the 6-liter metal container with the mixture turns into a lot of heavy (optional you can buy the plastic one). During operation, the robot is quite noisy ma pazienza. In pratica, for the price paid is fabulous, but if I had to pay 450 euro I would not be right 100% satisfied. Finally: Who Should? According to me only to people who often mixes for bakery and pastry, in this case is a tool-like professional can really make a difference. For all other preparations (cutting, blending, grating, etc.). I think a classic robot from 60-80 should be just fine! For those who do very occasionally bread or pizza, I suggest as an alternative to a bread machine with the "dough". Here, too, with 80 € there by doing it more comfortably in a very convenient extra: the bread machine lights up slightly after rising for the resistance which is even better the Kenwood Chef. The disadvantages are that the amount should be lower and as a mixer and a little (slightly) less efficient (it tends to grind the ingredients instead of mixing them). Finally a few words about this year that was very important: it's finally come home. But there are a lot of work to do (to pass out just thinking about it). Need to refurbish the first floor (there is nothing, only the walls and wooden beams of the roof first, not even the ceiling), to redo my kitchen (I'll make a post in the new year on purpose), bathroom and two or three little things in the garden. The roof, at least that, it's been done. We hope the money are sufficient, and a little of my concern. Ultimately, we hope to go good health. A wish that I myself, my, my friends, and then also to all of you, because if there is no health, everything else loses its importance. Happy New Year, best wishes for good health and happiness!

PS: Here icy cold, this morning there were -12.5 ° C in the garden! Note the 15.7 ° C in my room near the window (near the bed are 2 ° C above ...). Another thing to fix, the window of my room (no wall to the garden!) That breaks up a monstrous amount of heat. :-(
