Linux, the joke can not

Ogni volta che provo a installare Linux (Ubuntu di solito) su uno dei miei PC (questa volta quello degli ospiti) mi ritrovo a litigarci e a perderci una valanga di tempo. Sistema operativo gratis? Col c****!!! Col tempo che si perde conviene comprarsi una licenza di Windows. Il problema é che se Ubuntu riconosce tutto l'hardware, tutto va benissimo e va che é un piacere. MA (e notate che lo scrivo grosso) c'é tantissimo hardware anche vecchio che Ubuntu non riconosce e che non digerisce se non magari (anzi MAGARI) googolando a destra e manca e provando differenti procedure che involvono sempre script, comandi e via dicendo. Ora, per fortuna che in ufficio un pó di Linux/Unix lo uso ma rimane il problema che se l'hardware non é supportato, non c'é verso di farglielo digerire, anche imprecando in turco! Cosa che puntualmente é successo con la mia chiavetta wifi malgrado procedure lette e riprovate a destra e a manca e pure alla mia scheda wifi PCI. Ora vi sembra possibile che prima di installare un software, io debba controllare minuziosamente se dell'hardware é compatibile?! Voi mica comprate prima il software e dopo in base a questo l'hardware ma viceversa. Vi comprate il PC e poi ci installate qualcosa. Mica comprate i coprisedili, la benzina e l'autoradio prima dell'auto! Che poi una soluzione ci sarebbe: basterebbe mettere un bollino o write a certification hardware that works. How does Microsoft with the labels "Certificate working with Windows 7." It takes so long? SketchUp Tutorial: Proper animations with Animation

In questo video tutorial vediamo un bel plugin per SketchUp che ho scoperto ieri: Proper Animation.
Come suggerisce il nome questo plugin ci permette di creare delle animazioni. Vedremo quindi come far muovere oggetti, più precisamente Gruppi e Componenti , direttamente in SketchUp.

New dog sitter

I had to change the Dog Sitter. Il tempo é tiranno, non riesco mai a fare tutto quello che voglio. Cosí, Grissino ha deciso che per il suo compleanno si comprerá un telefono con su Android e cercherá di "lavorare" a Blog e e-mail nel tempo di solito perso alla stazione o sul treno. In piú, da oggi, mi sono iscritto a Blipfoto, un servizio che permette di postare una foto al giorno senza grandi impegni. Cosí, oltre ai post, cercheró di postare anche qualcosa che mi colpisce in bene o in male o qualcosa che faccio ogni giorno. E' una prova, vediamo cosa riesco a fare!
